Use existing templates

If you want to start your project quickly and easily, templates are a handy option. These are pre-made formats that you can customize entirely to your own style.

To choose a template, go to ‘Templates’ on the left side. Here, you will see all the different available templates. You can search by name (in English) in the search bar or scroll through the templates.

If you want to use a template, drag it to your canvas. You can then place it in the desired location and resize it as needed. You can move it using the buttons below. Make sure you have ‘Align To Page’ checked.

Ungroup a template

Once you are satisfied with the template’s placement, you can start customizing it. Before you can change the colors, text, or images, you need to ungroup the template. Note: sometimes a template consists of multiple groups, and you may need to ungroup several times. This can be done in two ways:

  • Select the template by clicking on it and press the shortcut keys: CTRL + Shift + G.
  • Select the template by clicking on it and go to the gear icon at the bottom left. Here, click on ‘Ungroup Selected Element’ at the top.

After doing this, you can individually adjust and move all the items.

Do you want to group the template again to move everything at once? Then select all the items again by clicking on them while holding down the shift key. Then press the shortcut keys CTRL + G or go to the gear icon and click on ‘Group Selected Elements’.
