Adding participants

Before you can distribute a project, you need to add participants. Participants are the people you want to send the project to.

To add participants, go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Participants’ on the left side of your screen. Now, click on the ‘+ Enroll Participant’ button.

Here, you can enter the participant’s details. Note: If you want to share the project via email and/or SMS, make sure the phone number and/or email address is filled in. You can also set the participant’s language. This means that the microlearning will automatically be translated into that language. For example, if the microlearning is in Dutch and the participant’s language is set to German, they will see the microlearning in German. You can also add tags.

Once the details are filled in, click ‘Add’. The person will now appear in the user list.

You can now share the project via email, SMS, a link, or a QR code.
