Gwendolin van der Krogt developed the “Training Alcohol, Drugs, and Medication (ADM) Abuse” in LesLinq. This six-module training educates employees on various ADM substances and associated behavioral changes, using a mix of text, images, videos, audio, and interactive questions. The training also features personal experiences from employees, enhancing engagement.
