Sharing a project via email or SMS (separate license required) involves a few steps. It’s important to add participants first. Want to know how to do this? Check out the page on adding participants.

Click on the arrow in the top-right corner of the screen and select ‘Share Project’.

Next, click on ‘Distribute’ in the top-right corner.

In the menu shown in the image below, you can choose which method to use: email, SMS, or both email and SMS. Note: If you want to distribute via both email and SMS, make sure you have entered both the phone number and email address for the relevant participants.

Want to know how to share a project via QR code? Read the section on sharing via QR code.

After selecting the appropriate method, you can choose the participants to whom you want to send the project. Select these people under the ‘Participants’ section. Then, click the ‘Continue’ button in the bottom-right corner.

You will now see the screen below. At the top, you can add the name of the microlearning that the participants will see. You can also set a deadline for completing/viewing the microlearning under ‘Due Date’.

‘Notification’ allows you (or someone else) to receive a message when a participant completes a microlearning. You can choose to receive this notification via email, SMS, or both. In the ‘Send To’ field, enter your (or someone else’s) email address and/or phone number.

Under ‘Participants’, you will see all the selected participants.

Once you’ve filled in all the details and are ready to distribute the microlearning, click ‘Distribute’.

After distribution, you will see that the email and/or SMS is on its way and when it has been delivered.

This way, you’ll know exactly who has received the email and/or SMS.
